NEUROCARE Rates

NEUROCARE offer quality services at cost-effective rates and as such all tariffs are based on nationally accepted guidelines.

We support the use of local South African medical aid cover, process PMB applications where applicable, provide discounted private tariffs, and has compiled very effective national- and international packages.

In addition to in-person clinical review, we have developed comprehensive telemetric consultation services by telephone, WhatsApp video call or Zoom available to busy professionals, vulnerable Patients and specific settings such as Retirement Villages.

No referral letters are required for accessing any of our services.

Due to the nature and complexity of Liaison Neuropsychiatry tariffs are charged for global services rendered and we are hereby indemnified from any compensation or action when Patients do not make full use of the reserved time-slot either by choice or by circumstance such as during telemetric consultation.

Prescriptions for brain disorders by Codes of Practice require clinical review at least on a three-monthly basis, and longer term prescriptions will apply in exceptional circumstances only.

All administrative services listed below are not available on medical aid cover or PMB programs, and as such all written reports for whatever purpose is considered subject to private tariffs.

Be aware that attending external Doctors or Psychologists or being hospitalized will delete a significant portion of approved PMB benefits. Always discuss such interventions with us in order to manage your benefits optimally.

Consent is hereby given to NEUROCARE for liaising with any applicable third party in the interest of Patient care.
