NEUROCARE Add-Memory Centers
NEUROCARE offers a specialist service for people of all ages struggling with attention deficit (ADD) or memory impairment.
Our Patients have access to the most advanced care and therapies available.
Our aim is to bring together all critical fields representing Neurology, Neuropsychiatry and Neuropsychology in order to establish a truly comprehensive expert service.
Scholars, students and working individuals of all ages benefit tremendously from our NEUROCARE Attention Deficit service.
Initial assessments can be booked at well-located NEUROCARE Attention Deficit Centers or online.
Once seen by our Medical Doctor, most will receive a detailed attention and memory test from our Educational Psychologist for quantifying the exact deficit.
Complicated cases (not all) may be requested to do:
- Blood tests specifically relevant to memory deficits,
- The most applicable brain scan for the problem at hand,
- EEG examination (similar to ECG but measuring the electrical activity of the brain),
- A more detailed Neuropsychological test battery by one of our Neuropsychologists.
- A daily or weekly MEDIWEB feedback app analysis for detailed follow-up.
Applicable responsible medication options will be explained by a Specialist Doctor, and a private prescription generally for the first three months will be provided on the day.
Follow-up review clinics are subsequently encouraged on a termly basis in order to perfect strategies, whilst daily emergency clinic options are always available. As such we can help with more than just ADD symptoms; all emotional, adjustment or crises presentations are easily overcome at NEURCARE Centers.
We assist with additional support aspects such as promoting additional time during tests and examinations, and actively promote better learning strategies.
